The Ministry of Education and the Secondary Education Group Assessment business unit of NZQA have revised the achievement standards listed above that were registered in October 2005.

Reason for the revision

 

NZQA and the Physics Writing Group became aware that some text had been accidentally omitted from the achievement with merit criteria of each of the three achievement standards.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

The text 'descriptions or' has been added to bullet point 1 of the achievement with merit criteria in achievement standards 90520-90522 (Physics 3.3-3.5) to make them consistent with AS90523, Physics 3.6.
