The Plastics and Materials Processing Industry Training Organisation has rolled over the unit standards listed above to maintain their currency until they are reviewed.  The unit standards have also been revised.

Reason for the revision

 

To change the accreditation option on the unit standards to match the SSB involvement in accreditation processes on AMAP 0134 and to adjust some unit standards to clarify the skill and knowledge requirements.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·               The accreditation option has been changed on each standard.

·               Titles of unit standards 14653, 14656, 14659, 14662, 20292, 20294, and 20295 have been changed.

·               Entry information and Special Notes have been amended for clarification and for consistency with unit standards in other subfields used by the Plastics and Materials Processing Industry Training Organisation.

·               Changes have been made to range statements and performance criteria of some unit standards to clarify the evidence requirements.
