The Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation (ESITO) has rolled over the unit standard above to maintain its currency until it is reviewed.  The standard has also been revised.

Reason for the revision

 

The revision was carried out to recognise that the Wholesale Electricity Market had replaced the New Zealand Electricity Market, and to incorporate minor changes in market operations.  The opportunity was also taken to update references and special notes.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·      Replacement of the term New Zealand Electricity Market with Wholesale Electricity Market.

·      All references to ‘enterprise' were updated to read ‘industry'.

·      Special notes 3, 4, and 5 were updated.

·      Range statements in performance criteria 1.4, 2.1, 2.3, and 2.4 were updated.
