Reason for the revision
All but two of the unit standards in the Pharmacy Services domain had special note errors that required correction and one unit standard had been registered with, unintentionally, too high a credit value. These errors required correcting.
Main changes resulting from the revision
· Unit standard 23660 had its credits reduced from 7 to 5.
· All the unit standards listed above had ‘Pharmacy Council of New Zealand Inc.’ amended to ‘Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand Inc.’ in the special note referring to access to references resources held in every pharmacy.
· Unit standards 23654 and 23655 had ‘balances, mortar and pestle, small scale compounding equipment’ removed from the special note listing standard dispensary equipment.
