The NZ Extractive Industries Training Organisationhas revised the unit standards listed above.  The unit standards in bold have also been rolled over to maintain their currency until they are reviewed.

Reason for the revision

 

The unit standards have been revised to update legislation, make minor editorial amendments, correct errors, and update the accreditation options.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·          The titles of unit standards 16695 and 19864 have been changed.

·          Range statements have been updated in line with technological changes and in some cases amended to increase flexibility.

·          The ids and titles of prerequisite unit standards have been updated.

·          The special notes have been updated where required.

·          An error in the accreditation information for unit standard 19860 has been corrected.

·          The credit value of unit standard 16695 has increased from 2 to 3.
