An Industry Advisory Group was established comprising industry sector operators, specialists and association representatives in commercial road transport skills and goods service delivery; training providers and assessors of the unit standards; and Tranzqual ITO staff.  Consultation group members also referred the unit standards to others within the sector and reflected their feedback as part of the process.

The resulting draft unit standards were circulated for comment and endorsement via email.
