Summary of review and consultation process

 

This review was a part of a planned review cycle.  Feedback was received from the secondary sector and from the moderation and examination systems.  National consultation on the achievement standard has resulted in the proposed changes.

 

Main changes resulting from the review

 

The term 'hauora/well-being' has been amended to 'well-being' as it is not appropriate to imply that these terms are synonyms in this context.  This applies to the title, introductory statement, achievement criteria, and Explanatory Note 6.  Changes and additions have been made to the explanatory notes provided to define terms.
