Organisation has rolled over and revised the unit standards listed
above.

Reason for the
revision
These unit
standards have been revised in conjunction with an overall review of the
National Certificate in Electricity Supply Cable Jointer qualifications.
Prerequisite requirements have been changed to allow entry with 'live work'
jointing and terminating standards or 'non-live work' jointing and terminating
standards. This is in line with changes to the National Certificate in
Electricity Supply (Cable Jointer - Low Voltage) (Level3) [Ref: 0869] where
'non-live work' jointing and terminating standards have now been removed in
recognition of the fact that all 'non-live work' is covered in a 'live work'
jointing or terminating standard.

revision
An additional
prerequisite has been included in each unit standard to allow a choice of entry
with either a 'live work' or a 'non-live work' jointing or terminating
standard.
