Reason for the revision

 

This standard was reviewed and registered as version 3 in January 2008.  At this time the standard was accidentally placed in the Carpentry domain, rather than the Carpentry Theory domain in which it belongs.  The standard has been revised to correct this error.

The standard has been returned to the Carpentry Theory domain.  Version 3 of this standard has been withdrawn.
