Reason for the revision

 

During the earlier review of unit standard 6917 (May, 2008), the range statements for performance criteria 2.4-2.9 were removed.  Feedback from 2008 moderation has since shown that the range statements and a special note referencing the Best Practice Guidelines for Chainsaw Use are needed to ensure consistent assessment.  The purpose of this revision is to reinstate the range statement and add the special note.

·      A special note referring to the Best Practice Guidelines for Chainsaw Use has been added.
