Tranzqual ITO has revised the expiry dates of the unit standards listed above. Unit standards 1764 and 1765 (in bold in the table above) had expired and have been reinstated as expiring with new expiry dates. The unit standards that were expiring have been rolled over with new expiry dates.

Reason for the revision
These unit standards had all been reviewed as category C or D in recent years, and they have now expired or are expiring.
Subsequent to the review of these unit standards, the National Certificate in Commercial Road Transport (Goods Service) with strands in Heavy Rigid Vehicle Driver; and Heavy Combination Vehicle Driver; and with optional strands in Dairy Industry Transport; Log Transport; Overdimension and Overweight Load Transport; Bulk Flammable Liquids Transport; Bulk Liquefied Petroleum Gas Transport; and Civil Construction Transport [Ref: 0680] was designated expiring. The last date for assessment for that qualification is December 2011.
Revision of the expiry dates of the above unit standards is necessary in order to maintain their credit worthiness, allowing trainees to complete the qualification that is being phased out.

AMAP 0092 has been updated to show the reinstated unit standards.

The following Tranzqual ITO qualification contains unit standards 1764-1767, 17973 and 17974. The last date for completion of version 2 or 3 is December 2011.
