Opportunity - The Training Organisation (OTTO) has revised and rolled over the unit standards listed above to maintain their currency until they are reviewed.  The unit standards concerned have not been used sufficiently to warrant a review at this stage.  They have, however, been checked for currency of legislation and regulations.

 

The appropriate OTTO advisory group, Scaffolding Rigging and Industrial Rope Access Training (SRIIT) which is made up of employer, union, training provider, learner, assessor and wider industry representatives led the decision to rollover these unit standards having circulated their wider membership, training providers and the national moderator for scaffolding.

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

The unit standards were all previously registered in the Scaffolding domain.  This domain is now lapsing and the unit standards have been moved to the new domains specified in the table above.
