The next qualification review is planned to take place during 2012.

Summary of review and consultation process

This review was undertaken because it was overdue and changes to the standards in the qualification altered its structure.  The qualification was endorsed by the Processing Advisory group at a hui held at SITO in January 2008.  There is an ongoing demand for this qualification so it was important to update it.  The elective section has been amended to allow for credit changes in the future.
