AMAP for Tranzqual Industry Training Organisation (Tranzqual) [Ref: 0092] version 6
Revision of Tranzqual AMAP
Tranzqual has revised the Accreditation and Moderation Action Plan (AMAP) above.
Date new version published November 2008
The next AMAP review is planned to take place during 2011.
Reason for the revision
Land Transport New Zealand changed their name to the NZ Transport Agency. This prompted the need to revise the AMAP to refer to the correct name. Standards and qualifications that reference Land Transport New Zealand will be updated when they are next reviewed or revised.
Compliance with new requirements
There are no new requirements.
Main changes resulting from the revision
Version 6 replaced by version 7.
All references throughout the AMAP to Land Transport New Zealand have been changed to the NZ Transport Agency, including the accreditation information for selected standards.
The following statement has been added to the AMAP under the scope:
'Please note there are a number of the above unit standards that have accreditation options different to those listed below. They may refer to Land Transport NZ rather than the NZ Transport Agency …'
Standards 17976-1978 have been removed from the list of standards that require NZ Transport Agency involvement in accreditation. These standards had been accidentally included in this list in a previous version. The accreditation information on these unit standards is correct and does not require updating.
