The Creative Trades Industry Training Organisation has changed the expiry dates of the unit standards listed above.

Reason for the revision
The standards had been reviewed and designated Category D in September 2007 and were due to expire in December 2008.
Subsequent to the review of the standards the National Certificate in Masonry (Bricklaying) with strands in Brick and Block Laying, and Refractory Installation [Ref: 0454] in which they were listed was designated expiring and replaced. The final date for assessments to take place for the replaced qualification is 31 December 2010.
The expiry date of the standards has been changed so that the qualification can be achieved until it reaches its expiry date.
