The main change addresses the amendment of requirements to permit Registered Electricians, Registered Electrical Inspectors, or Registered Electrical Engineers holding an Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) Qualified Engineer Identification Card to gain exemption from requirements of standard 20592.
