Summary of review and consultation process

 

This review is a result of feedback from providers and assessors who have worked with version 1 of unit standard 22995, either in drafting of assessment documents or in preparing course materials to deliver training.  Feedback has indicated that the wording of some performance criteria could be clearer, there needs to be reference to the Employment Relations Service as the authority on employment agreements, and element 4 needs to be combined with element 1.

 

Main changes resulting from the review

 

·           A special note has been added referring to the Employment Relations Service as the authority on employment agreements.

·           Two special notes have been added to clarify evidence requirements for performance criterion 2.5 and elements 4 and 5.

·           The performance criteria previously contained in element 4 have been incorporated into element 1.

·           Performance criteria have been reworded to clarify evidence requirements.
