Summary of review and consultation process
The Advisory Group representing the stakeholders for this qualification met on the 12th May to consider whether the qualification was still fit for purpose. The qualification has been identified as useful for the Food Services sector but the current structure does not meet the sector's requirements. The structure of the qualification has been amended to meet the target audience requirements and endorsed as fit for purpose in June.
