The Seafood Industry Training Organisation (SITO) has completed the review of the unit standards listed above.

Summary of review and consultation process
These unit standards were reviewed by the Seafood Māori Advisory group who met in May 2008. As a result of the review and to ensure accuracy, changes were made to the unit standards. The final versions of the unit standards were endorsed by the Advisory Group and confirmed as meeting industry needs, being fit for purpose, and allowing for consistent assessment and moderation.
Main changes resulting from the review
· Special notes were updated for accuracy.
· The purpose statements, range statements, elements and performance criteria were updated for consistency with the outcomes of the unit standards.
· The level for unit standard 20913 was lowered from 5 to 3 for consistency with the level and skills of unit standard 20912.
· The title for unit standard 20912 was updated for consistency.
· The credit level for unit standard 20309 was lowered from 5 to 2 for consistency with the outcome of the unit standard.
