Revision and Rollover of Signmaking unit standards

The Creative Trades Industry Training Organisation (formerly the Painting and Decorating Industry Training Organisation) has revised the unit standards listed above.  The unit standards have also been rolled over to maintain their currency until the next review.

Reason for the revision

 

The signmaking unit standards have been revised to take into account a change of standard setting body (SSB) name, and changes to the accreditation information required by changes to Accreditation and Moderation Action Plan (AMAP) 0066.  The content of the unit standards is currently under review by the industry.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·      The SSB name has been changed.

·      Accreditation information has been updated for unit standards at levels 3 and 4.

·      Legislation has been updated where required.

·      Prerequisite requirements have been removed from entry information.
