Revision of Diving qualification

 

National Certificate in Diving (Leadership) (Level 4) [Ref: 1322]

 

Sport, Fitness and Recreation Industry Training Organisation Limited (Sfrito) has revised the qualification listed above.

 

Date new version published                                                             January 2009

 

The next qualification review is planned to take place during 2010.

 

Reason for the revision

 

The revision was undertaken as a result of feedback from industry that the registered version contained omissions that were limiting completions.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

Version 2 was issued following revision in order to correct an error in the elective rule that limited the selection of credits to level 4, and include a domain that was omitted from the elective list.

·      Elective rule amended to allow selection of credits above level 4.

·      Outdoor Management domain added to the elective section.

 

There are no transition consequences arising from the above changes.
