The New Zealand Industry Training Organisation has rolled over the unit standards listed above.  The unit standards in bold have also been revised.

Reason for the revision

 

Twenty unit standards have been revised as a result of feedback from stakeholders during the assessment and moderation process.  A further 43 unit standards have been revised to update references and legislation.  The remaining 57 unit standards have been rolled over to extend their registration date until a full review takes place during 2013-2014.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·      The level of unit standard 4827 has increased from 3 to 4.

·      The titles of unit standards 4817, 4827, 18406, 19335, 21118, 21121 and 21124 have been amended.

·      The recommended entry requirement for unit standard 16301 has been removed.

·      Special notes have been restructured to improve clarity.

·      References and legislation have been updated.

·      Elements, performance criteria and ranges have been amended to clarify meaning and ensure consistency.
