Reason for the revision

This unit standard is used by both NZITO and Tranzqual ITO candidates.  The unit standard is administered by NZITO but has to meet the requirements of both sets of candidates.  Through Tranzqual ITO's extensive consultation process two changes have been identified to ensure that the evidence requirements can be met by all parties.

Main changes resulting from the revision

· Change to the legislative requirements in special note 2, to remove reference to Land Transport New Zealand requirements.

· Amendment to the range of element 3, to reduce the sufficiency requirements from six to three.
