Summary of review and consultation process
Following feedback from industry, this unit standard was reviewed and amended to reflect the fact that polarity tests are not conducted on high voltage electricity networks. Polarity testing was removed from the unit standard which now just covers phasing tests.

· Title, purpose statement and element updated to remove references to polarity testing.
· Special notes updated to reflect current guidelines and legislation.
