Summary of review and consultation process
Version 5 was issued following the review of the Diversional Therapy standards and to ensure the qualification continued to meet industry needs. Feedback from stakeholders indicated that the qualification was no longer fit for purpose for a growing target group of diversional therapists working with consumers with a wide variety of needs. The review took place in consultation with industry members, assessors, and moderators through a series of meetings, e-mails, and telephone calls.
