NZQA National Qualifications Services (NQS) has completed the review of the unit standard listed above.

Date new versions published                                                          November 2009

Summary of review and consultation process

In December 2006, NQS reviewed the unit standards in domain First Line Management.

Unit standard 19021 was withheld from that review, because the Retail Industry Training Organisation indicated its wish to assume responsibility for this standard.  However, the ITO later decided not to take over this responsibility.  As consultation with other ITOs and providers indicated a lack of interest in this unit standard, it was designated expiring.

Main changes resulting from the review

Unit 19021, Plan, implement, and maintain a business operation was designated expiring.

The unit standard categorised as category D will expire at the end of December 2012.
