Summary of review and consultation process
The Compliance and Law Enforcement unit standard 19421 was reviewed by the LGITO Resource Management Act (RMA) Advisory Group. The major reason for the review was that unit standard 19421 was cumbersome and difficult to use because of the breadth of its content. Because of this it had only been reported six times since it was originally registered.
It was decided that unit standard 19421 should be designated expiring and new unit standards should be developed to replace it.
Main changes resulting from the review
· Unit standard 19421 was reviewed and needed major changes that resulted in the development of four replacement unit standards with new ids.
Unit standard 19421 as category C expires at the end of 2010.
