Revision of Compliance and Regulatory Control qualification

 

National Certificate in Compliance and Regulatory Control (Animal Control) (Level 2) [Ref: 0532]

 

The Local Government Industry Training Organisation has revised the qualification listed above.

 

Date new version published                                                             September 2009

 

The next qualification review is planned to take place during 2014.

 

Reason for the revision

 

The qualification was revised to account for a revision to standard 1304.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

This version was issued to take account of the revision to Unit 1304, Communicate with people from other cultures.

Changes to structure and content

·         The credit total for the qualification was reduced from 67 to 66.

·         The level of standard 1304 was increased from 2 to 3.

·         The credits for standard 1304 were reduced form 3 to 2.

 

Transition

 

All candidates currently enrolled in a previous version may either complete that version or transfer to version 4.  Training programmes or courses leading to version 4 of this qualification may start as soon as the qualification is registered.

 

It is not intended that anyone be disadvantaged by this revision.  However, anyone who feels they have been disadvantaged may appeal to the ITO at the address below.
