The Agriculture ITO has extended the expiry date of the unit standards listed above.

Date new versions published                                                          December 2010

Summary

The expiry date of the unit standards was extended to December 2012 to avoid disadvantaging candidates who had completed the majority of versions 1 or 2 of the National Diploma in Drinking-Water (Level 5) with strands in Drinking-Water Assessment, and Water Treatment [Ref: 1012], by allowing them sufficient time to fully complete that version rather than requiring them to transfer to version 3.

Main changes

The expiry date has been extended from December 2010 to December 2012.
