Unit standard 4435 was revised to make sure it was still fit for purpose, reflected current industry practice, and was achievable.

·         Reference to the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 was added.

·         Definition for industry practice was included.

·         Range statement was modified to clarify evidence requirements.
