The Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation has extended the expiry dates of the unit standards listed above.

Summary
These unit standards were reviewed as Category C or D in 2005 and expired in December 2007.
Subsequent to the review, the Plaster Board, Fibre Cement Linings, and Specialist Interiors qualifications were reviewed. The new versions or replacement qualifications were registered in April and June 2008.
A change to the unit standards' expiry dates was necessary to allow existing trainees to complete the expiring versions of the qualifications. The expiry dates for the standards were aligned with the last dates for assessment of the affected qualifications - see below.
Main changes
· The expiry date for standard 6070 was extended to December 2010.
· The expiry date for standards 4328, 4337, 4341, 4345, 6123 and 6125 was extended to December 2011.

AMAP 0048 has been updated to show the reinstated unit standards.

The following Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation qualifications contain the unit standards listed in this reinstatement. As the qualifications have not yet expired, the reinstatement of the unit standards should not impact the versions of the qualifications listed.
