Summary

 

These unit standards have been revised and rolled over to maintain their currency on the Directory of Assessment Standards until they are reviewed.

 

These unit standards reflect a high usage and are relevant to tourism in the Cook Islands.

 

Main changes

 

·         The period of registration of the unit standards has been extended.

·         Minor punctuation errors have been corrected.

·         Explanatory notes have been updated with correct telephone numbers and some email addresses hyperlinked.

·         Explanatory note referring to Cook Islands, Ministry of Education Tourism and Hospitality Curriculum has been removed from all standards as other references now provide the information to support the standards.
