The ElectroTechnology Industry Training Organisation (ETITO) has completed the Reinstatement of the unit standards listed above to extend the last date for assessment from 31 December 2010 to 31 December 2011.

Summary
Unit standards 2651 and 2656 have been reinstated to allow approximately 33 candidates to complete version 2 of the National Certificate in Industrial Measurement and Control (Level 4) [Ref: 0410].
In 2008 a unit standard review set many of the standards in this qualification to expire at the end of 2010. However version 2 of the qualification has a last date for assessment of December 2011, this mismatch of dates has prevented those people who had not achieved the expiring unit standards from achieving the qualification. Of the group of expiring unit standards it is only these two that have not yet been achieved by the affected candidates.
