The Seafood ITO has completed the review of the unit standards listed above.

Summary
These unit standards have been reviewed to ensure they meet the current needs of the industry and recognise the knowledge and the skills required to operate in the area of Aquaculture. A working group consisting of seafood processing industry experts, workplace assessors and training provider representatives reviewed the unit standards in March 2011. The draft reviewed standards were presented for consultation and the final versions were endorsed.
· Evidence requirement (ER) 5.3 for all standards was removed and consolidated into ER 5.2.
· For standard 16340, range statements were added to ERs 1.4, 3.1 and 3.2 to provide additional guidance for evidence, and ER 2.2 was amended for consistent interpretation.
· For standard 16673, ERs 1.1 and 5.1 were amended, and ERs 4.2 and 4.3 were consolidated, to clarify requirements.
· For standard 20468, a definition for company requirements was added to explanatory notes, and ERs 5.3 - 5.7 were amended for consistent interpretation.
