NZQA National Qualifications Services has extended the expiry date of the unit standards listed above.
Date new versions published April 2012
New expiry date December 2014
Summary
These unit standards were designated as expiring without replacement in January 2011 as part of the Alignment of Standards review of achievement and unit standards conducted in 2010/2011 by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and NZQA. The unit standards were designated to expire in December 2012.
The expiry of the unit standards will affect the achievability of current Allied Trades and Architectural Design qualifications scheduled for mandatory review in 2012 as part of the Targeted Review of Qualifications. The purpose of the extension is to remove the possibility of education providers and students being disadvantaged by the outcome of the mandatory review and any subsequent development of new qualifications.
