The Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation (ESITO) has completed the reinstatement and extension of expiry date of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

 

Unit standard 21230 has been reinstated, and the expiry date of unit standard 19481 has been extended, to allow candidates to complete the requirements of version 2 of the National Certificate in Electricity Supply (Power Technician) (Level 5) with an optional strand in Generation and Sustainable Energy [Ref: 1260].  

 

Main changes

 

·      Unit standards 19481 and 21203 will now expire on 31 December 2013.  This date matches the last date for assessment of version 2 of the National Certificate in Electricity Supply (Power Technician) (Level 5) with an optional strand in Generation and Sustainable Energy [Ref: 1260].
