NZQA Māori Qualifications Services (MQS) has rolled over the unit standards listed above to maintain their currency until they are reviewed.

Summary

 

These unit standards were due for review in December 2013.  It was expected that the mandatory review of the Whakairo qualifications would have an impact on the review and development of these unit standards.  Consequently, the unit standards have had their period of registration extended until after the mandatory review of the Whakairo qualifications has taken place.

 

Main changes

 

·         Planned review date was extended to 31 December 2016.

·         Format of standards was updated to the current template.
