This unit standard was revised to update the standard industry text reference in the explanatory notes and to maintain its relevancy and currency.

 

Main changes

 

·      The 'Standard industry text' in the explanatory notes is no longer in print.  There is not a replacement instead a web site reference to a useful text has been included.

·      Standard Setting Body details have been updated following the merger of the Aviation, Tourism and Travel Training Organisation, Hospitality Standards Institute and Retail Institute on 1 January 2013.
