NZQA Māori Qualifications Services has rolled over the unit standards listed above to maintain their currency until they are reviewed. The standards in bold have also been revised.

Summary
These unit standards were due for review in December 2014. It was expected that the mandatory review of the Reo Māori Media qualifications would have an impact on the review and development of these unit standards. Consequently the standards have had their period of registration extended until after the mandatory review of the Reo Māori Media qualifications has taken place in 2014.
Standards 20702, 20704, 20706 and 20707 were revised to remove standards that have been designated 'expiring' from the recommended skills and knowledge section. In addition, standards 19748 and 19749 were revised to correct errors in the recommended references section of the explanatory notes. The revision of these standards does not affect assessment.
