Summary
The unit standards above were rolled over in 2011 then republished in 2012. The expiry date for the listed standards was set at 31 December 2014. These standards are compulsory within the National Certificate in Mental Health (Mental Health Support Work) (Level 4) which was also set to expire on 31 December 2014.
The last date to meet the requirements for the National Certificate in Mental Health (Mental Health Support Work) (Level 4) was extended to 31 December 2016 to provide a period of time for education providers to continue with programmes leading to this qualification in anticipation of a replacement New Zealand qualification being available, following the Targeted Review of Qualifications (Health, Disability, Social Services, and Whānau Ora).
The expiry date of the standards listed above was also extended to 31 December 2016 in order to allow the National Certificate in Mental Health (Mental Health Support Work) (Level 4) to be current.
