NZQA National Qualifications Services (NQS) has rolled over the unit standards listed above.  The unit standard in bold was also revised.

Date new versions published                                                          September 2014

Planned review date                                                                           December 2016

Summary

NQS rolled these unit standards over to ensure they remained current until they could be reviewed.

As the mandatory reviews of qualifications are expected to end in 2014, NQS also wished to ensure the unit standards remained available during the transition to New Zealand qualifications.

A minor revision of unit standard 26567 was also required pending its review.

The unit standards were the only ones covered by Consent and Moderation Requirements (CMR) 0071 so they were transferred to CMR 0226.  CMR 0071 was designated as ‘expired’.

All organisations with consent to assess against these unit standards were consulted and no responses were received.

Main changes

·      Assessment requirements were clarified in explanatory note one of unit standard 26567.

·      The unit standards were rolled over to extend the planned review date from 2014 to 2016.

·      The unit standards were transferred from CMR 0071 to CMR 0226.
