Summary


The review of the Level 3 Urban Pest Management (UPM) standards above was prompted by the Targeted Review of Qualifications in Pest Control and Pest Management.


The standards have been reviewed in consultation with the sector and new standards were developed that better align to the new industry training programme and the graduate profile outcomes of the new qualification. The standards were endorsed by the sector via email and public consultation.
