Summary

As part of the development of new qualifications for the beauty industry, HITO’s Beauty Advisory Group revised the standards listed above.

The Advisory Group has endorsed the changes made to the standards.

Main changes

· The credits for standards 27645 and 27648 were amended to ensure they accurately reflect the time required for learning, practice, and assessment.

· Minor amendments were made to explanatory notes, evidence requirements, and range statements to ensure clarity for users and alignment with expected qualification outcomes and requirements.
