Summary

 

This qualification was reviewed and designated expiring in October 2010 with an expiry date of 31 December 2012.  This qualification expired and was reinstated in March 2013 with a new expiry date of 31 December 2014.

 

The unit standard was reviewed as designated expiring without replacement in August 2010 with an expiry date of 31 December 2012.  The expiry date for this unit standard was extended to 31 December 2014 in October 2012.

 

The Targeted Review of Qualifications in the Outdoor Recreation sector is taking longer than expected and therefore and extension to the expiry date of the qualification and unit standard is required so that learners are not disadvantaged.
