The Skills Organisation has completed the reinstatement of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

Unit standards 1101 and 1107 have been reinstated to allow candidates enrolled in version 6 of the National Certificate in Drainlaying (Level 4) [Ref: 0077], to complete the qualification.

In 2007 a unit standard review set these standards to expire at the end of 2014.  However, version 6 of the qualification has a last date for assessment of March 2015.  This mismatch of dates will prevent those people who have not achieved the expiring unit standards from achieving the qualification.

Main changes

Unit standards 1101 and 1107 were reinstated as expiring until 31 December 2015.

The CMR reference was changed from 0008 to 0003.  This reflects the rationalisation of CMRs by The Skills Organisation after the merger with the Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying ITO.
