Review of NZQA National Qualifications Services CMRs

NZQA National Qualifications Services has completed the review and expiry of the Consent and Moderation Requirements (CMR) listed above.

Summary of review

From 2010, NZQA National Qualifications Services reviewed all curriculum-related unit standards for which they had standard setting responsibility.  As part of this process, the unit standards were designated expiring and, where appropriate, replaced by achievement standards.  As all of the unit standards associated with CMRs Ref: 0085, 0096, 0118, 0153, 0155, 0158 and 0224 have now expired, the CMRs themselves were expired.

Competenz, the industry training organisation which shared responsibility for CMR NZ Journalists Training Organisation and NZQA Media Studies [Ref: 0096], agreed to this expiry.

Main changes

CMR Refs: 0085, 0096, 0118, 0153, 0155, 0158 and 0224 were expired and will not be replaced.
