Summary

 

This revision was carried out for the following reasons: to correct some minor errors; update current legislation; amend evidence requirements to better reflect the needs of the industry; and clarify assessment requirements. 

 

Consultation was carried out with baking industry experts and the revised unit standard is endorsed by the baking industry and Competenz.

 

Main changes

 

·         Explanatory note 1 was updated to reflect the new Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

·         Changes were made to evidence requirements and range statements to make them relevant and better reflect the needs of the baking industry.

·         A last date for assessment of the most recent superseded version was added.
