Summary
The review was undertaken in response to concerns from moderation processes and key stakeholders. A review panel of key stakeholders amended the standard accordingly, and the amended standard was endorsed by the wider stakeholder network.
Main changes
· The link to the workplace was clarified.
· New definitions were introduced to further clarify the criteria for assessment.
· Required calculations were made more flexible, to respond to the variety of workplaces and their needs.
