ServiceIQ has completed the revision of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

 

The purpose of this revision is to update legislation, definitions and industry terminology to reflect the Health and Safety at Work 2015, which has regulations that came into force on 1 April 2016.  This revision also remedies an issue with assessment.

 

Main changes

 

·      All explanatory notes have been updated to reflect current legislation requirements, including the new Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

·      Explanatory notes for Level 3 and 4 standards were standardised to remedy an issue that arose during ServiceIQ external moderation processes, making the standards more accessible and aligning them more closely with the requirements of CMR 0112.

·      Last dates of assessment have been updated.

·      14438 was revised and rolled over as the review date of December 2013 has also been updated to December 2018.
