Summary

The purpose of this revision is to update legislation, definitions and industry terminology to reflect the Health and Safety at Work 2015, which has regulations that came into force on 1 April 2016.

Main changes

· All explanatory notes have been updated to reflect current legislation requirements, including the new Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and reference to WorkSafe New Zealand (instead of Occupational Safety and Health Service).

· Last date for assessment for superseded versions has been set to 31 December 2017.
